Customer Service Description

Hello, my name is Serafima Savelyeva. I am a young business woman and an owner of chain of the stores. In my shop you may buy clothes and  cosmetics . My shops are the most famous in my country. I would like to tell you about the bonuses for me as for an owner and bonuses for the customers.
The main goal from this business is to have profits. I had been working as a makeup artist and stylist before my entrepreneurial activity, so I can chose the outfits and do the makeup for my buyers.  I can cooperate with different brands and I will receive profits and a popularity. I don't care about the presents for by relatives, because I always know that the presents from my shop are the best. My Instagram page is very popular
and I know many celebrities. I wish I became famous for all over the world.
And the bonuses for the customers. First of all the shop assistants in my storу propose different drinks for you. Assistants will help you to choose the right size and a color. If you do not know how to wear the thing which you have bought, the stylist will help you. Your child is going to be under the control of animators, while you are choosing something for yourself. We have discounts for the students, families and old people. All these Services are for free.  And the last and the coolest proposition, you may take a part of a Giveaway, where you can win clothes and cosmetics.

The first week of a new part of a school year (11.11.19-17.11.19)

The first thing which I have done this week was a the task for CountryStudying. It was unusual too make a collage without any sentences about Ireland.

Holidays (02.11.19-10.11.19)
My holidays has started earlier because I flew to Moscow. I've passed all the test before. On holidays I have been doing my tasks. First of all,nI passed all the test for countrystudying, which were made by my classmates.There were a tests about England, the USA, Scotland and New Zealand. Sixth week (21.10.19-27.10.19)

Fifth week (14.10.19-20.10.19)

This week  has started with doing my competitions on Olymp 74. I don't know the resuls, I hop they are going to be nice. Next task which I have done is an infocollection from the 2 module. Firstly, I have done in Power Power Presentatatin and фауны I have downloaded it int Issue

On Thursday I was  a teacher in my class, we have refised all the grammar rules from the 2 module and one the sentenses

This week has started with my task for country studying abou the neibourhood countries to Ireland. As usual, I have done a new slide for presentation and a new text for my Blogger page.

Reflection

Today we have passed our project about the first module. We had been reading for presentation for 3 weeks. Everyone got cards, where we write our opinions about the projects of the classmates. It was really difficult to be honest, because they all are my friends. So I had to write fair marks. 

I think everyone done this task correctly. Of course everyone did several mistakes. For example: Vasya is a hardworking student, she always does the tasks, but I think she should work a little bit on her prononciation. Alice should correct her grammar. I wish Dasha K did more beautiful presentation, because it helps me to visualize what is she talking about. Dasha U was write at all, but she was not correct in grammar sometimes.I did some mistakes too, I didn’t say many information about an Earthquake in Japan. Maybe I’ve done some mistakes in grammar, I don’t know. I hope my friends will help me to understand my troubles.
This idea of giving information is exciting, i think my friend are going to agree with me
